Dear valued guests & friends
Since the closure of hotels in late March, we have revised and reconfigured our working practices and systems to ensure that we are ready to welcome you back to the Seacliffe from 4th July.
The welfare of our guests and staff is always our priority. We have been working extremely hard, so that you will feel assured that we have in place all the precautions to minimise the spread of Covid 19 and keep you and your loved ones safe.
We have rethought and reworked our hotel operations. Extensive health and safety guidelines have been prepared and implemented and our staff have been trained, so we can get back to doing what we do best, welcoming you again from 4th July.
our commitment
On arrival we ask that if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid 19 you do not enter the Seacliffe. These include a high temperature, a new and persistent cough and the loss of taste and or smell. Any of our guests displaying Covid 19 symptoms will be asked to leave the premises.
our commitment
We have added a Perspex screen to our reception, so we can all keep our distance. A hand sanitising station is provided at the entrance and in reception for you to use. Please remember to use them on entering and leaving every time.
Our check-in process has been streamlined to allow for a fast and reduced-contact experience. Please note that we will only be accepting debit and credit cards for the foreseeable future, to avoid the handling of cash. Our check-in time has been altered to 3pm.
When walking through the hotel we ask that you please use your discretion and consideration by keeping a social distance between yourself and other guests and staff. Please give way to people coming down the stairs.
All surfaces, screens, door handles and equipment will be regularly cleaned and sanitised throughout the day.
Every guest bedroom and en-suite will be fully sanitised before each stay and sealed to ensure no contamination occurs prior to your arrival. To protect you and our staff, your room will not be serviced during your stay with us.
We are fortunate to have large ground-floor areas with breath-taking views, so we can operate at normal capacity whilst adhering to the recommended social distancing guidelines.
We have extended our dining spaces to include the Lounge and Bar areas to ensure social distancing. You can dine with us feeling assured that we have in place precautions to minimise the spread of Covid 19 and keep you and your fellow diners safe. Breakfast and Evening Meals will be offered in these areas. We will need you to give us your choices for both in advance. This is to ensure a limited contact and maintaining social distance between our guests and the Seacliffe Staff.
A printed room bill will be placed under your door in the morning of check out. To check out all you need to do is return your room key to reception. We will automatically take any remaining payment for your stay using the debit or credit card details you gave when booking. If you wish to pay with another card please give these details when you arrive. Please don’t forget to use the hand sanitiser before you leave.
